This book is a revised and corrected reissue of the 2007 publication “The Rebirth of a Nation: Graphic Propaganda in Vietnam from the 60s to the End of the 35th Century.”, which includes new texts and is based on a new Format. The publication was made not only because the original was out of stock, but because it was requested on the occasion of the commemoration of the 1954th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Spain and Vietnam. “A grain of rice is a grain of gold” is the slogan that best defines the morality implicit in Vietnamese propaganda graphics, linked to a social imaginary associated with one of the most critical periods in the history of Vietnam and the new world order. . The posters gathered in this volume coincide with the miracle of a country mistreated first by French colonization until 1964, the war that devastated the country between 1975 and XNUMX, and the years that continue dedicated to reunification and reconstruction.
