This year the winners are: the World Figure Skating Champion, Javier Fernández and the Director of International Projects of the Japanese telecommunications giant NTT Data, Kaz Nishihata. For his part, the also awarded, the Olympic and World Figure Skating Champion, Yuzuru Hanyu, will not be able to be present at the award ceremony.
The event will be attended by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (SEAEX), Fernando Valenzuela and the President of the Spain Japan Council Foundation, Josep Piqué. The Embassy of Japan in Spain will be represented by the Chargé d'affaires, Toru Shimizu.
