Mango and Coconut Creamy Soft Drink

A Thai meal normally finishes with fresh tropical fruit. Mango and coconut are often used to prepare sweet, tasty deserts with an exotic flavour. We present a milkshake made with fruit and ice; rich, healthy which you will surely love!


- 2 big and ripe mangos
- 1 spoonful of icing sugar
- 500 ml of coconut milk
- 5 chopped ice cubes
- Toasted coconut shavings


1. We are going to get mangos, carefully peel them, take their bones out and cut the pulp in small pieces.

2. We pour the pieces of mango to a blender, together with the icing sugar and blend it all together until it turns into a soft cream, which should look like a pure!

3. Mix it with the coconut milk and the ice and beat it together until you achieve a creamy and foamy liquid.

4. We've already got our soft drink prepared! We only have to poor it in the glasses and decorate it with the coconut shavings.

If you prefer it, in order to decorate the glasses you can use a bit of ginger in powder, cinnamon or nutmeg.
