India is the major emerging player in the Indo-Pacific region and a hegemonic power in the Indian Ocean, where New Delhi is leveraging its strategic geographic position, its growing military and diplomatic power, and the potential to act as a counterweight to Chinese influence. India’s foreign policy has been transformed along various vectors, domestic and international, giving rise to a more pragmatic and less ideological agenda, and placing the country in a unique position at the intersection of the grand coalitions led by China and the US.

Courted by almost everyone, the European Union has also developed a strategic partnership with India, a status that will be tested in 2025 due to the completion of the joint roadmap that aims to raise the relationship to a higher level. However, this process is not without conflicts, nor questions. An India that is made up of multiple realities, and that we will analyze through three sessions with specialists dedicated to studying and understanding the vectors of its foreign and domestic policy, security and its fit in the Indo-Pacific.
